Welcome to Facility Development Section (FDS)

Mission

To continuous improve the supporting facilities, like staff quarters, venues and outlets to aim at perfecting the campus facilities and environment for staff and students.

Facility Development Section provides campus-wide facility management to Academic and Administrative units under the supervision of the Campus Management and Development Office (CMDO).

Facility Development Section has 4 functional teams, namely Venue Management and Promotion, Outlet Management and Leasing, Staff Housing and Management and Space Allocation and Development respectively. The scope of functions include venue hiring and promotion, provision of venue equipment and support, overseeing the operation of outlets, outlets promotion and rental, staff quarters management, application of staff housing, and applications of existing space re-designation, space remodeling and additional space or returns.
